Data Deletion Instructions

AgentFlow respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of your account and all associated data from our systems.
What Gets Deleted
When you request deletion, we permanently remove:
- Your user account and profile information
- Your tenant business profile, branding, and persona configurations
- WhatsApp Business Account credentials and access tokens
- All leads, conversations, and message history
- Uploaded catalogues and media files
- IndiaMart credentials and polling configurations
- Notification history and analytics data
- Application logs and usage metrics tied to your account
What We Retain
For legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes, we may retain limited data for up to 7 years:
- Anonymized billing records and invoices
- Audit logs required by Indian tax and corporate law
This retained data does not include conversation content or lead PII.
How to Request Deletion
Option 1: Self-Service (Recommended)
Log in to your AgentFlow dashboard → Settings→ scroll to the "Danger Zone" section → click Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm. Deletion is processed within 30 days.
Option 2: Email Request
Send an email to support@cybersnow.in with:
- Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- The email address associated with your account
- Your business/tenant name
- (Optional) Reason for deletion
We will verify your identity and confirm deletion within 30 days.
Option 3: Facebook Login Data Deletion
If you connected WhatsApp via Facebook Login (Embedded Signup) and want to remove only the Facebook-linked data, you can:
- Go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites
- Find AgentFlow and click Remove
- Select "Delete data associated with this app"
This will revoke our access to your WhatsApp Business Account. We will receive a deletion callback from Meta and remove the corresponding data within 30 days.
Deletion Timeline
- Immediate: Account access disabled, no new messages can be sent
- Within 24 hours: WhatsApp Business Account disconnected, tokens revoked
- Within 30 days: All personal and business data permanently deleted from production systems
- Within 90 days: Data removed from encrypted backups
