Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AgentFlow, operated by CyberSnow ("we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

AgentFlow is a multi-tenant WhatsApp lead-qualification platform that:

  • Polls leads from IndiaMart using your authorized credentials
  • Sends automated WhatsApp messages via the official WhatsApp Business Platform
  • Uses AI to qualify and route leads through configurable conversation flows
  • Provides a dashboard for monitoring conversations, leads, and analytics

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your business to these Terms
  • One account per business; multiple tenants under the same business require approval

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited marketing, or messages that violate WhatsApp's Business Policy
  • Send messages to leads who have not consented to receive communications from your business
  • Use the Service for illegal activities, fraud, harassment, or hate speech
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass rate limits
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission
  • Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the platform's security

Violations may result in immediate suspension, termination, and reporting to Meta. You are solely responsible for compliance with WhatsApp's Business Policy and Commerce Policy.

4. WhatsApp Business Platform

  • You authorize AgentFlow to send messages on your behalf via your connected WABA
  • You are responsible for getting templates approved by Meta and for the content of those templates
  • Meta's messaging fees (conversation-based pricing) are your responsibility
  • You can disconnect WhatsApp at any time from the Settings page

5. IndiaMart Integration

  • You provide your IndiaMart CRM API key voluntarily
  • You confirm you have authorization to access leads on your IndiaMart account
  • We poll your IndiaMart account at intervals you configure; you can pause anytime

6. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is communicated separately on your subscription plan. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

7. Intellectual Property

  • AgentFlow software, branding, and content are owned by CyberSnow
  • You retain ownership of your business data, lead data, and content you upload
  • You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (Meta, Supabase, IndiaMart), or force majeure events may temporarily disrupt the Service. We are not liable for losses arising from such interruptions.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyberSnow shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

  • You may close your account at any time from Settings
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
  • Upon termination, your data is deleted per our Data Deletion Policy

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification at least 14 days before taking effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
